**Establish here that we need to understand two distinct user groups: small retail business owners and online shoppers.
Finding the right size is the biggest challenge in online shopping, leading to a frustrating experience for consumers who waste time determining fit, navigate complicated return processes, and sometimes lose money.

For businesses, returns pose a triple threat: financial losses from mounting return costs, environmental harm from shipping and waste, and damaged customer loyalty.
We chose to center our work on small businesses because they represent a significantly underserved market. One that lacks access to the resources and solutions designed for enterprise-level retailers, despite facing many of the same fundamental challenges around fit and customer satisfaction.
